DECISION No. 990/QD-TTg of October 30, 2002 establishing the Fund for Overseas Vietnamese Community Support and Mobilization To establish the Fund for Overseas Vietnamese community support and mobilization under the Ministry for Foreign Affairs. The fund’s operation capital sources shall come from the State budget, aids and contributions of the overseas Vietnamese community, and other sources. The fund shall be provided with VND 7 billion by the State budget as initial funding for its operation. The Ministry for Foreign Affairs shall have to manage the organization and operation of the fund, and coordinate with the Ministry of Finance in promulgating the Regulation on the fund’s operation.- (Summary)
