DECISION No. 23/2004/QD-TTg of February 25, 2004 establishing the Judicial Academy To establish the Judicial Academy on the basis of the Judicial Titles Training School of the Justice Ministry. The Judicial Academy is a training and scientific research establishment under the Justice Ministry, operating under the Charter on Universities. It is a non-business unit with revenues, has the legal person status, its own seal bearing the national emblem and bank accounts, is headquartered in Hanoi city and has its branch in Ho Chi Minh city. This Decision takes effect 15 days after its publication in the Official Gazette, replacing the Prime Ministers Decision No. 34/1998/QD-TTg of February 11, 1998 on the establishment of the Judicial Titles Training School.- (Summary)
