Establishing the National Institute of Infectious and Tropical Diseases under the Health Ministry

Under this Decision, which takes effect 15 days after its signing, the National Institute of Infectious and Tropical Diseases is established on the basis of the Institute for Clinical Research in Tropical Medicine of Bach Mai Hospital.- (Summary)
