DECREE No. 126/2003/ND-CP of October 31, 2003 establishing Thien Ton township of Hoa Lu district, Ninh Binh province To establish Thien Ton township of Hoa Lu district on the basis of a land area of 200 ha and a population of 3,621 of Ninh My commune, a land area of 13.33 ha and a population of 729 of Ninh Khang commune, and a land area of 2.59 ha of Ninh Giang commune. Thien Ton township shall have a land area of 215.92 ha and a population of 4,350, while Ninh My commune shall be left with a land area of 414.41 ha and a population of 5,397; Ninh Khang commune, with 692.24 ha and 6,884 people and Ninh Giang commune, with 639.62 ha and 6,618 people. This Decree takes effect 15 days after its publication in the Official Gazette, annulling all previous regulations contrary thereto.- (Summary)
