DECISION No.682-TTg OF OCTOBER 21, 1995 OF THE PRIME MINISTER EMPOWERING THE VIETNAM NATIONAL COFFEE CORPORATION TO DECIDE INVESTMENT PROJECTS (Summary) The Managing Board of the Vietnam National Coffee Corporation shall submit to the Prime Minister for decision on investment projects of Group A; shall be entitled to decide investment projects of Group C; and shall decide, if authorized, a number of investment projects of Group B.-
