CIRCULAR No. 101/2002/TT-BQP of July 29, 2002 guiding supplements to a number of points of Joint Circular No. 1699/2001/TTLT-BQP-BLDTBXH-BTC of June 19, 2001 of the Ministry of Defense, the Ministry of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs, and the Ministry of Finance which guides the implementation of the Government’s Decree No. 04/2001/ND-CP of January 16, 2001 detailing the implementation of a number of articles of the 1999 Law on Vietnam People’s Army Officers regarding regimes and policies towards demobilized officers and active officers who have been transferred to work as career armymen or military employees This Circular guides the supplements to a number of specific points on wage conversion, which shall serve as basis for calculating retirement pension, and wage levels serving as basis for calculating social insurance regime, enjoyed by officers and career armymen who have been transferred to other jobs.- (Summary)
