CIRCULAR No.07/2000/TT-BTC of January 18, 2000 guiding the allocation, management, settlement and final settlement of severance allowances and budget remittance of compensations for expenses on the training and fostering of officials and public employees This Circular guides the implementation of the procedural provisions on allocation of allowances to people who have to retire from their work due to organizational restructure and staff streamlining; allowance for job seeking due to the organizational restructure and staff streamlining, and severance allowance for people who have voluntarily retired from their work; as well as the order and procedures for budget remittance of compensations for expenses on the training and fostering of officials and public employees.- (Summary)
