CIRCULAR No. 56/2002/TT-BTC of June 26, 2002 guiding the allocation, management, use and settlement of the 2002 funding for general survey of economic, administrative and non-business units The 2002 funding for general survey of economic, administrative and non-business units shall be covered by the State budget and managed uniformly from the central to local levels. The General Department of Statistics shall have to manage, account and settle the funding strictly according to the current financial management regime and the provisions in this Circular.- (Summary)
