CIRCULAR No.38/1998/TT-BTC of March 30, 1998 guiding the estimate, use and final settlement of State budget for compensation for damage caused by State officials, employees or competent persons of the State bodies and litigating agencies. Each year, on basis of the regime, norms and standards of budget expenditures and the situation of budget revenues and expenditures for the compensation for damage caused by State officials, employees or competent persons of the State bodies and litigating agencies (commonly referred to as the State officials and employees) in the previous years, the finance agency shall draft estimates of compensation for such damage and integrate them into the reserve expenditure breakdown.- (Summary) |
