JOINT-CIRCULAR No. 04/1999/TTLT/BCN-BTC of August 27, 1999 guiding the hand-over, reception and capital reimbursement of rural medium voltage power grids In furtherance of the Prime Ministers Decision No. 22/1999/QD-TTg of February 13, 1999, the Ministry of Industry and the Ministry of Finance jointly issued the said Circular guiding in detail the hand-over, reception and determination of asset value as well as the capital reimbursement of medium-voltage power grids in rural and mountainous areas.- (Summary)
