JOINT CIRCULAR No. 62/2003/TTLT-BTC-NHNN of June 25, 2003 guiding the implementation of policies towards on-spot ethnic minority people and households being policy beneficiaries in the Central Highland provinces on purchase of dwelling houses on deferred payment Subject to this Circular are on-spot ethnic minority households and households being policy beneficiaries in Lam Dong, Dac Lac, Gia Lai and Kon Tum provinces. Investment capital sources for building dwelling houses for sale with deferred payment include: the central budget capital shall apportion over 50% of the total investment capital and the remaining 50% shall be mobilized by the Bank for Social Policies. Households entitled to purchase houses on deferred payment shall not have to mortgage their assets.- (Summary)
