CIRCULAR

Guiding the implementation of the Government’s Decree No. 07/2006/ND-CP of January 10, 2006, on the financial regime applicable to the State Bank of Vietnam

This Circular takes effect 15 days after its publication in “CONG BAO” and replaces the Finance Ministry’s Circular No. 111/1999/TT-BTC of September 17, 1999, Circular No. 29/2002/TT-BTC of March 26, 2002, Circular No. 117/2003/TT-BTC of December 8, 2003, Circular No. 37/2004/TT-BTC of April 26, 2004, and Circular No. 108/2004/TT-BTC of November 16, 2004.- (Summary)
