CIRCULAR

Guiding the implementation of the Government’s Decree No. 146/2005/ND-CP of November 23, 2005, on financial regimes applicable to credit institutions

This Circular takes effect 15 days after its publication in “CONG BAO” and replaces Circular No. 92/2000/TT-BTC of September 14, 2000.

It does not apply to people’s credit funds and the Social Policy Bank.- (Summary)
