CIRCULAR

Guiding the implementation of the Government’s Decree No. 188/2004/ND-CP of November 16, 2004, on methods for determining land prices and price brackets of various land categories, and the Government’s Decree No. 123/2007/ND-CP of July 27, 2007, amending and supplementing a number of articles of the Government’s Decree No. 188/2004/ND-CP

This Circular takes effect 15 days after its publication in “CONG BAO” and replaces the Finance Ministry’s Circular No. 114/2004/TT-BTC of November 26, 2004.- (Summary)
