JOINT CIRCULAR No. 11/2002/TTLT-BNV-BTC-BNNPTNT of October 25, 2002 guiding the implementation of the Prime Minister’s Decision No. 66/2002/QD-TTg of May 27, 2002 on allowance regime for ranger officials and employees working in communes Subjects governed by this Joint Circular are ranger officials and employees, who are included in the payrolls of Forest Ranger Sub-Departments or Forest Ranger Bureaus of rural districts, towns and provincial cities, and assigned to work regularly in communes, wards or townships under decisions of the directors of the provincial/municipal Forest Ranger Sub-Departments. This Joint Circular provides detailed guidance on allowance levels and modes of allowance payment to the above-mentioned subjects.- (Summary)
