This Circular provides guidances for the implementation of Decree No.29-CP of May 8, 1996 of the Government on the regime of retirement due to organizational and personnel rearrangement; specifically detailed guidances on each category of the persons affected, the conditions for monthly pension, as well as the interests of the beneficiaries;
