Joint Circular No. 11/1998/TTLT-BYT-BTC-BVGCP of August 15, 1998 guiding the management, distribution, use and retrieval of capital for essential medicines under the national medical support project and project on population and family health

All capital sources of the national medical support project and project on population and family health, which are reserved for the purchase of essential medicines, shall be originated from the State budget in support of the implementation of the strategy on people’s health care as well as the strategy on population and family planning.

This Circular also guides the management, distribution and use of essential medicines as well as the mechanism for the retrieval of capital for essential medicines under the two above-said projects with a view to maintaining the fund of medicines, ensuring sufficient medicines to meet the people’s medical treatment demand and for non-profit purposes.- (Summary)
