THE MINISTRY OF LABOR, WAR INVALIDS AND SOCIAL AFFAIRS Circular No. 12/2000/TT-BLDTBXH of April 28,2000 guiding the settlement of fallen heroes worship allowance regime Until now, the Ministry of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs has basically transferred dossiers of fallen heroes to the provincial/municipal Services of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs. In order to create favorable conditions for localities, the Ministry of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs issues this Circular, specifying subjects of application and dossiers for the settlement of fallen heroes worship allowance regime.- (Summary)
