Circular No. 94/1999/TT-BTC of July 37, 1999 guiding the use of agricultural land use levies, irrigation fees and other sources of collection for canal solidification Sources of funding for canal solidification include: agricultural land use levies; irrigation fees; people’s contributions; investment preferential credit capital; and other sources like direct assistance, non-business economic capital sources (if any), etc. All these sources must be included in the local budget revenue and expenditure estimates. The Circular also details the contents of expenditure for canal solidification as well as the management of revenue sources to be used therefor.- (Summary)
