JOINT CIRCULAR No. 10/2005/TTLT/BXD-BNV of June 22, 2005, guiding the tasks, powers, organizational structures and payrolls of local Construction Inspectorates

Local Construction Inspectorates are bodies attached to provincial/municipal Construction Services, having the responsibility to assist directors of the Services in performing tasks and powers of administrative inspection and specialized inspection within the ambit of the directors tasks and powers.

This Joint Circular takes effect 15 days after its publication in "CONG BAO."- (Summary)
