DECISION No. 149/2000/QD-TTg of December 28, 2000 on a number of preferential policies for members of voluntary young intellectuals teams participating in rural and mountainous development Members of voluntary young intellectuals teams participating in rural and mountainous development shall be organized by Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union Central Committee under the Prime Minister’s Decision No. 354/QD-TTg of April 28, 2000. This Decision specifies preferential policies for the above-mentioned members while undertaking such work and after fulfilling their tasks.- (Summary)
