DECISION No.443-TTg OF AUGUST 8, 1995 OF THE PRIME MINISTER ON AMENDMENT TO ARTICLE 13 OF THE STATUTE ON THE ORGANIZATION AND OPERATION OF THE INSPECTORATE FOR THE PROTECTION OF AQUATIC RESOURCES, ALREADY ISSUED TOGETHER WITH DECISION No.415-TTg OF AUGUST 10, 1994 OF THE PRIME MINISTER THE PRIME MINISTER Pursuant to the Law on the Organization of the Government of September 30, 1992; Pursuant to the Ordinance on the Protection and Development of Aquatic Resources of April 25, 1989; At the proposals of the Minister of Aquatic Resources and the General State Inspector, and considering the comments of the Minister-Chairman of the Government Commission on Organization and Personnel; In order to deploy in time the activities of the specialized inspectorial organization for the protection of aquatic resources, DECIDES: Article 1.- To amend Article 13 of the Statute of the Organization and Operation of the Inspectorate for the Protection of Aquatic Resources, already issued together with Decision No.415-TTg of August 10, 1994 of the Prime Minister, as follows: Article 13.- The Minister of Aquatic Resources shall appoint, dismiss and manage the Aquatic Resources Protection Inspectors, and issue cards and insignias to them. Article 2.- This Decision takes effect from the date of its issue. Article 3.- The Minister of Aquatic Resources, the Ministers, the Heads of the ministerial-level agencies, the Heads of the agencies attached to the Government, the Presidents of the People's Committees of the provinces and cities directly under the Central Government shall have to implement this Decision.
