DECISION No. 168/2002/QD-TTg of November 27, 2002 on establishing Ho Chi Minh City Planning and Architecture Service To establish Ho Chi Minh City Planning and Architecture Service under the People’s Committee of Ho Chi Minh City on the basis of reorganizing Ho Chi Minh City Chief Architect’s Office.
