DECISION No. 94/2004/QD-TTg of May 27, 2004 on experimental organization and operation of Sai Gon Real Estates Corporation after the parent company-affiliate company model To approve the scheme on experimental organization of Sai Gon Real Estates Corporation (RESCO) under the People's Committee of Ho Chi Minh city after the parent company-affiliate company model. The parent company (RESCO) is a State enterprise, which directly conducts production/business activities, has investment capital in other companies and is answerable for the preservation and development of the State capital in the parent company and capital invested in other companies. Affiliate companies, including one-member limited liability companies and joint-stock companies, have the legal person status, assets, names and organizational apparatuses, take civil self-responsibility within the value of enterprises' assets; are organized and operate under law provisions according to their legal forms. This Decision takes effect 15 days after its publication in the Official Gazette.- (Summary) |
