DIRECTIVE No.267-TTg of April 24, 1997 on enhancing responsibilities for the implementation of the Ordinance on the protection of the State’s secrets in the new situation.

The Prime Minister instructs the ministries, the ministerial-level agencies, the agencies attached to the Government and the Presidents of the People’s Committees of the provinces and cities directly under the Central Government to organize the preliminary review of the five-year implementation of the Ordinance on the protection of the State’s secrets which shall serve as basis for agencies and units to work out detailed plans and feasibility measures to efficiently continue the implementation of this Ordinance.- (Summary)
