DIRECTIVE No. 25/2004/CT-TTg of June 29, 2004 on enhancing the coordination between military and civilian medical forces in the care for, and protection of, people's and soldiers' health in the new situation In order to enhance the efficiency of coordination between military and civilian medical forces in the new situation and continue to execute the project on coordination between military and civilian medical forces in people's health care and protection and in service of defense and security in the 2001-2010 period; the 2001-2010 strategy on people's health care and protection; and the Party Central Committee Secretariat's Directive No. 06/CT-TW of January 22, 2002 on perfecting the grassroots medical networks; and to contribute to implementing the Party's and State's strategy on defense-security and socio-economic development in key areas as well as deep-lying, remote, border and island areas, the Prime Minister instructs all levels and branches to attach importance to the work of coordination between military and civilian medical forces, considering such a regular and long-term task and one of strategic and efficient solutions in the cause of people's health care and all-people defense building.- (Summary) |
