DIRECTIVE No. 40/2004/CT-TTg of November 26, 2004 on enhancing the management and protection of Ho Chi Minh road's safety corridor With this Directive, the Prime Minister requests the Transport Ministry, the concerned ministries and branches, and the People's Committees of the provinces and centrally-run cities where Ho Chi Minh road runs across to perform several tasks in order to stop the encroachment of the road's safety corridor and overcome its consequences.- (Summary) |
