In 2002, the State budget estimates have been approved and allocated by the National Assembly with the levels higher than those of the previous years. This requires the ministries, branches and localities to focus their direction on stepping up the production and business development, and at the same time take measures to organize and direct the management of State budget revenues right from the first days and months of the year. The Prime Minister instructs the concerned ministries and branches and the People’s Committees of the provinces and centrally-run cities to focus on directing and effecting the allocation of budget revenue estimates; take measures to administer the 2002 economic plan according to the Government’s resolutions; jobs regarding the collection of taxes, fees and other collections into the State budget; the issuance and use of receipts and vouchers.- (Summary)
