DECREE No. 107/2003/ND-CP of September 23, 2003 on the adjustment of administrative boundaries for the expansion of Ha Dong provincial capital, the establishment of wards of Ha Dong provincial capital and the expansion of Van Dinh township of Ung Hoa rural district, Ha Tay province To adjust the administrative boundaries of Hoai Duc and Thanh Oai rural districts, Ha Tay province, for the expansion Ha Dong provincial capital. After the adjustment of administrative boundaries, Ha Dong provincial capital shall have a land area of 3,327.55 ha, a population of 129,479 and 12 attached administrative units. The land area of Hoai Duc rural district shall be reduced to 8,823.78 ha, with a population of 181,136 and 21 attached administrative units while those of Thanh Oai rural district shall be 13,215.04; 184,417 and 23, respectively. To establish Van Phuc and Ha Cau wards of Ha Dong provincial capital on the basis of the whole land areas and population of Van Phuc and Ha Cau communes. To expand Van Dinh township of Ung Hoa rural district on the basis of adjusting the administrative boundaries of Lien Bat, Phuong Tu and Van Thai communes of Ung Hoa rural district. This Decision takes effect 15 days after its publication in the Official Gazette.- (Summary)
