Decision No.546-TTg of July 16, 1997 on the appointment of a new member to the National Organizing Committee of the 1997 Seventh Francophone Summit in Hanoi. To additionally appoint Mr. Bui Xuan Nhat, Deputy Director General of the General Department of Tourism as a member of the Committee.- Decision No.560-TTg of July 19, 1997 upgrading the Central Physical Training and Sports Intermediate School No.3 into the Da Nang Physical Training and Sports College. The Da Nang Physical Training and Sports College is placed under the General Department of Physical Training and Sports and subject to the State management by the Ministry of Education and Training. The College is tasked to train and foster college-level personnel in sports and physical training; and to conduct scientific research in service of the physical training and sports development.-
