DIRECTIVE No. 27/2001/CT-TTg of November 22, 2001 on the deployment of conversion of State enterprises and enterprises of political organizations and socio-political organizations into one-member limited liability companies The conversion shall be conducted in 2 phases: - Phase 1: from November 2001 to December 2002: to select a number of State enterprises with favorable conditions for experimental conversion; - Phase 2: from 2003 to 2005: To complete the conversion of enterprises by the end of 2005, being in line with the timetable for renewal and reorganization of State enterprises. The Prime Minister requests the ministries, the ministerial-level agencies, the agencies attached to the Government, the People’s Committees of the provinces and centrally-run cities and State Corporations to immediately disseminate and propagate the conversion of enterprises; elaborate plans for enterprise conversion; and handle existing problems regarding enterprises’ finance, assets, debts and labor as well as conversion order and procedures.- (Summary)
