DECISION No.109/1998/QD-TTg of June 24, 1998 on the establishment of Bac Ninh Teachers' Training College To establish Bac Ninh Teachers' Training College on the basis of amalgamating the affiliate of Bac Ninh Teachers' Training College with Bac Ninh Teachers' Fostering School. Bac Ninh Teachers' Training College is attached to the People's Committee of Bac Ninh province and subject to the State management by the Ministry of Education and Training over its education and training activities.
