DECISION No. 996/QD-TTg of October 31, 2002 on the establishment of Bac Phu Cat Industrial Park of Ha Tay province, and approval of the investment project on construction and commercial operation of technical infrastructure therein Bac Phu Cat Industrial Park of Ha Tay province is organized and operates under the Regulation on Industrial Parks, Export-Processing Zones and Hi-Tech Parks. Investor of the investment project on construction and commercial operation of technical infrastructure of Bac Phu Cat Industrial Park: Vietnam Construction Import and Export Corporation (VINACONEX) of the Ministry of Construction. The project’s objectives: To invest in the construction of the Industrial Park’s technical infrastructure, including the systems of traffic roads, electricity supply, water supply and drainage, waste treatment, and communication; and to commercially operate the technical infrastructure already created. Construction location: Phu Cat commune of Quoc Oai district and Thach Hoa commune of Thach That district, Ha Tay province. The Industrial Park’s area: 327 ha. Total investment capital: VND 312.2 billion, including self-procured capital of the investor, loan capital and capital advanced by other investors. Operation duration: 50 years as from the date the investment decision is issued. Construction duration: 5 years as from the date the land-lease decision is issued.- (Summary)
