DECREE No. 39/1999/ND-CP of June 23, 1999 on the establishment of communes and district townships of Son Tay, Duc Pho, Ba To and Tra Bong districts, Quang Ngai province

To establish Son Rua commune of Son Tay district on the basis of a land area of 4,739 hectares and a population of 1,017 of Son Mua commune.

To establish Son Lap commune of Son Tay district on the basis of a land area of 5,347 hectares and a population of 1,012 of Son Tinh commune.

To establish Pho Chau commune of Duc Pho district on the basis of a land area of 1,985 hectares and a population of 4,675 of Pho Thanh commune.

To establish Ba Kham commune of Ba To district on the basis of a land area of 5,150 hectares and a population of 1.247 of Ba Trang commune.

To establish Tra Xuan township, the district township of Tra Bong district on the basis of the whole land area of 609 hectares and the entire population of 6,586 of Tra Xuan commune.- (Summary)
