DECISION No. 127/1999/QD-TTg of May 28, 1999 on the establishment of Construction College No. 2 To establish Construction College No. 2 on the basis of Construction Intermediate School No. 7. Construction College No. 2 is tasked to train and foster cadres with college or lower degrees; and conduct scientific research in service of socio-economic development.
