DECREE No.21/1998/ND-CP of April 21, 1998 on the establishment of Co Do (Red Flag) district township and Dong Binh and Dong Hiep communes of O Mon district, Can Tho province. To establish Co Do district township on the basis of a land area of 438 hectares and a population of 7,914 of Thoi Dong commune; and a land area of 320 hectares and a population of 1,894 of Thanh Phu commune (of Thot Not district). To establish Dong Binh commune on the basis of a land area of 2,770.56 hectares and a population of 6,720 of Dong Thuan commune. To establish Dong Hiep commune on the basis of a land area of 1,754 hectares and a population of 5,222 of Thoi Dong commune, a land area of 680 hectares and a population of 1,337 of Thoi Long commune, and a land area of 914.9 hectares and a population of 3,054 of Thoi Lai commune.- (Summary) |
