DECREE No. 42/1999/ND-CP of June 25, 1999 on the establishment of communes of Dam Doi, Tran Van Thoi, Cai Nuoc and Ngoc Hien districts, Ca Mau province

To establish Quach Pham Bac commune of Dam Doi district on the basis of a land area of 4,061.5 ha and a population of 10,291 of Quach Pham commune.

To establish Khanh Binh Tay Bac commune of Tran Van Thoi district on the basis of a land area of 9,864 ha and a population of 17,212 of Khanh Binh Tay commune.

To establish Viet Thang commune of Cai Nuoc district on the basis of a land area of 3,865.27 ha and a population of 10,300 of Tran Thoi commune.

To establish Tan An Tay commune of Ngoc Hien district on the basis of a land area of 11,096 ha and a population of 10,030 of Tan An commune.- (Summary)
