DECISION No. 66/2001/QD-TTg of April 26, 2001 on the establishment of Ho Chi Minh City Communications and Transport College To establish Ho Chi Minh City Communications and Transport College on the basis of the Subsidiary of Maritime College, which is under the Ministry of Communications and Transport. Ho Chi Minh City Communications and Transport College shall be a tertiary training institution under the Ministry of Communications and Transport and be subject to the State management of the Ministry of Education and Training regarding education and training activities. Ho Chi Minh City Communications and Transport College shall be tasked to provide training at tertiary level and conduct scientific research in service of socio-economic development.- (Summary)
