DECISION No. 06/1999/QD-TTg of January 25, 1999 on the establishment of Hai Phong Medical University To set up Hai Phong Medical University on the basis of Hai Phong Medical Subsidiary of Hanoi Medical University. Hai Phong Medical University shall be placed under the Ministry of Health and tasked to train medical personnel with university degree and conduct medical research in service of socio-economic development.- (Summary)
