Decision No. 48/2000/QD-TTg of April 20, 2000 on the establishment of Hai Phong Pedagogics University To establish Hai Phong Pedagogics University on the basis of Hai Phong Teachers’ Training College, Hai Phong In-service University, Hai Phong Managers and Teachers Fostering School and Hai Phong Foreign Languages Center. Hai Phong Pedagogics University is a training establishment under the People’s Committee of Hai Phong City and subject to the State management over education and training by the Ministry of Education and Training.
