DECREE No. 56/2003/ND-CP of May 28, 2003 on the establishment of Pac Nam rural district, Bac Kan province To establish Pac Nam rural district on the basis of the natural land area of 47,364 ha and a population of 26,131 of Ba Be rural district. Pac Nam rural district shall consist of 10 administrative units. Ba Be rural district shall be left with a natural land area of 67,809 ha, a population of 46,583 and 16 administrative units.- (Summary)
