DECISION No. 668/QD-TTg of July 30, 1998 on the establishment of the Council for Conferment of "People's Physician" and "Meritorious Physician" titles The Council for Conferment of "People's Physician" and "Meritorious Physician" titles shall be headed by the Minister of Health as its Chairman. The Council is tasked to consider and propose the Prime Minister to confer "People's Physician" or "Meritorious Physician" title to deserving persons; and consider and propose the deprivation of such titles from those who no longer deserve them.- (Summary)
