DECREE No.34/1998/ND-CP of May 30, 1998 on the establishment of Thuan Duc commune of Dong Hoi provincial capital, Quang Binh province. To establish Thuan Duc commune, which shall have a land area of 4,528 hectares and a population of 3,000, on the basis of a land area of 4,322 hectares and a population of 2,412 of Dong Son ward; a land area of 206 hectares and a population of 238 of Bac Ly ward and a population of 350 of Duc Ninh commune, where a new economic zone is being built to the west of Dong Son ward.- (Summary) |
