DECREE No. 40/2000/ND-CP of August 29, 2000 on the establishment of Thanh Loa and Loc Yen communes in Cao Loc district, Lang Son province To establish Thanh Loa commune on the basis of a land area of 3,764 ha and a population of 1,508 of Loc Thanh commune. To establish Loc Yen commune on the basis of the total remaining land area and population of Loc Thanh commune. Loc Yen commune shall have a land area of 3,103 ha and a population of 1,704.- (Summary)
