DECISION No. 195/2001/QD-TTg of December 26, 2001 on the establishment of the Managing Board of the Program on accident and injury prevention and fight The Managing Board of the Program on accident and injury prevention and fight shall be composed of the Health Minister as its head; a Vice Minister of Health and a Vice Minister of Communications and Transport as its deputy heads; and representatives of the concerned ministries and branches as its members. The Program’s Managing Board shall be tasked to: - Draw up plans of action on accident and injury prevention and fight of the ministries and branches; - Organize, urge and examine the implementation of the national plan of action on accident and injury prevention and fight by ministries, branches and localities.- (Summary)
