DECISION No.75/1999/QD-TTg of March 31, 1999 on the establishment of the National Board for the Assessment of the Education Program for All in Vietnam in the 1990-2000 decade To establish the National Board for the Assessment of the Education Program for All in Vietnam in the 1990-2000 decade, which is headed by Mr. Pham Minh Hac, Chairman of the Anti-Illiteracy National Committee. The National Board for the Assessment of the Education Program for All in Vietnam in the 1990-2000 decade is tasked to: - Direct the assessment of the results of the implementation of the Education Program for All in Vietnam in the 1990-2000 decade and prepare the Vietnamese Government’s reports to be presented at the international conference on education for all to be held in Brazil in May 2000. - Study and propose to the Prime Minister lines and policies to continue the implementation of the Education Program for All in Vietnam. The Board shall automatically be dissolved after May 2000 international conference on education for all people.- (Summary)
