DECISION No. 65/2001/QD-TTg of April 26, 2001 on the establishment of the Public Healthcare College To establish the Public Healthcare College on the basis of the Medical Administrators’ Schools under the Ministry of Health. The Public Healthcare College shall be attached to the Ministry of Health, and subject to the State management by the Ministry of Education and Training and other ministries and branches according to their functions prescribed by the Government. The Public Healthcare College shall be tasked to: - Train medical cadres at tertiary level; - Conduct scientific research in service of the community’s health protection and care.- (Summary)
