DECISION No. 112/2000/QD-TTg of September 27, 2000 on the establishment of the Steering Board for the use of relief money and goods provided for flood-stricken areas To establish the Steering Board for the use of relief money and goods provided for flood victims in localities, which shall comprise: - A Vice Minister of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs: The chairman; - A leader of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Central Committee: vice-chairman; - A leader of the Ministry of Finance: vice-chairman; The Ministry of Defense, the Ministry of Communications and Transport, the Office of the Central Steering Committee for Flood Prevention and Combat, the Vietnam Red Cross Association Central Committee and the Government Office, each ministry, branch and agency shall nominate a representative to participate in this Steering Board.- (Summary)
