DECISION No.265-TTg of April 24, 1997 on the establishment of the Vietnam Cinematographic Center. The Vietnam Cinematographic Center is established on the basis of re-organizing the Cinematographic and Video Institute and attached to the Ministry of Culture and Information. Its function, tasks and organizational structure shall be defined by the Minister of Culture and Information.- (Summary)
