DECISION No. 129/1999/QD-TTg of May 28, 1999 on the establishment of Vinh Technical Teachers Training College To establish Vinh Technical Teachers Training College on the basis of Vinh Technical Teachers Training School. Vinh Technical Teachers Training College is tasked to train and foster teachers with college degree; and conduct scientific research in service of socio-economic development. Vinh Technical Teachers Training College is attached to the Ministry of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs and subject to the State management over its education and training by the Ministry of Education and Training.- (Summary)
